4-14 Circuits

Stills, Frodo, and I did a pair of 20 minute circuits for some cardio yesterday:

Warm-up:
3x20 dumbbell or kettlebell swings

Sit up on Roman Chair
Good Morning
DB Row
Med Ball taps
DB Lateral Raise

Step up and reverse lunge
Back Ext
EZ Curl Pullover
Floor Wipers
Suspension Push Ups
DB Front Raise

Yup, pretty sweaty, good stuff....
